Solace New York
For me growing up, strong was Arnold , Hulk Hogan, and sly stallon. But as I got older I realized that’s not the only definition. Strong is my mom raising 4 kids and keeping my family together. Strong is also watching friends overcome addiction. Strong is fighting depression! Strong is putting someone else’s well being before your own. Strength is taking ownersship of when you might have done something wrong and asking for forgiveness. Strength is helping someone through a tough time or a tough workout. Strong is showing someone a good time when you might be going through a shit time. I believe that physical strength can lead to emotional, spiritual, and metal strength. That’s where I came up with the idea for Strong New York. I got all my strong friends together for a special weekend to share with you their knowledge and experience; to get you strong in any way you you need. Strong is sharing your gifts, the things you worked for your whole life. Share those gifts with others. Strong is putting others ahead of yourself. When you take your last glance around the room on your last day and see who is around to share it with you. Life isn’t about the money you made but rather the lives you changed, the people you got to know. We are always better together. Strong is all about having the ability to lift others! At Strong New York, we want to lift big weights but we also want to lift others in the process. Now let’s get strong!
