Each class is held in a small group format to motivate and inspire you to achieve your fitness potential.

My love for fitness and innovation led me to create the Body class for Solace.
The class incorporates HIIT, with the elements I love from CrossFit and strength training. The beauty of this combination is that it allows the person who wants to take their workouts to the next level, to do so in a fun, fast-paced group setting. The overall philosophy for the class is have a goal. And you’re in competition with yourself.  Beat or repeat what you accomplished the previous round. It's the good sweat that people are looking for, plus the added incentive and focus on goal-setting. Let's face it, without goals you move without purpose. You can scale the workout as needed, and quantify results, and see those results by staying consistent with the class. It doesn't matter what page you’re on in your fitness journey. You will only get better.
